Kim Cutler
Kim is a professional Coach specialising in supporting individuals to exceed their expectations in their leadership and management roles. Like other members of the Storm McQueen team, she is passionate about releasing an individual’s potential through personal and professional development.
Kim worked for over 10 years within the financial sector and gained first-hand knowledge how organisations either enable an individual to grow, or stunt that growth through poor management, culture or work practices. Kim fundamentally believes that the individual can learn how to excel even in the most difficult of circumstances. Her working experience and training enables her to work with a wide range of individuals operating at all levels of seniority.
She thrives on being a part of individuals’ transformation, using tailored programmes to focus on enhancing particular behaviours, skills or personal performance inhibitors. She is currently coaching across multiple sectors, including: IT, Public Sector, Finance, Retail and the Service Industry.
Kim is an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Kim is the CEO of Storm McQueen which specialises in individual leadership and executive development. Storm McQueen acquired Copper Bottom in 2021.
Marlies Butterworth
Marlies strongly believes we all have a fuel inside us, which needs to be ignited with Sparks!
Marlies spent years working for multinational companies such as Mars, Kraft and Mondelez International (the makers of Cadbury), both in The Netherlands and the UK. She held several senior management positions, always leading and motivating teams.
Marlies has a proven track record of helping people and teams to get the best out of themselves, by exploring and creating new awareness, training them new skills and enabling them to deliver strong business results.
You get the real, not always perfect, Marlies. She likes to go deep, get practical and have fun – making the most of each team coaching session she delivers.
Margaret Allen
Margaret is an experienced executive coach, facilitator and development practitioner who draws on her vast knowledge of development models and strategies to engage clients and inspire change. An insightful and creative practitioner, Margaret has over 20 years experience working with organisations, teams and individuals across the corporate, commercial, public and charity sectors. She enjoys helping clients work through complexity and focus on what’s important for them and their organisations. She has a direct, pragmatic and down-to-earth approach combining challenging questioning with a supportive space for reflection.
Margaret is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an accredited facilitator with Stephen Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People); and an accredited facilitator with Zenger Miller (Team development and communication programmes). In addition to the above Margaret is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and qualified to administer and interpret MBTI (Step I & II), SDI & SHL tools, and 360-degree feedback systems.
Ria Dannan
Ria has worked as a professional coach since 2017. She has spent over 20 years within the fast-paced hospitality industry developing talent and managing award-winning businesses.
Her strength in people development has meant she has been successful in many roles including Operational, Recruitment and Training. A natural progression was setting up on her own and consulting on business needs with a focus on coaching.
One size does not fit all and Ria relishes the diversity and opportunity that comes with challenging thought processes and stepping out of one’s comfort zone.
Alongside ACC Coaching qualifications, Ria is accredited in delivering Behavioural Profiling, acknowledging how personal preferences influence our and others’ effective performance in teams and sales.
Claire Skaptason
Claire is a Personal Development Trainer & Coach working with individuals and businesses to support them in reaching their potential. Claire has over 17 years of training experience working with a range of organisations across different industry sectors. Her focus when training is on developing skills around presenting, personal effectiveness, communication, leadership, and mindset.
Claire became an ICF accredited coach in 2018 and works with men and women aged 16-70+. Whether the focus is on achieving personal goals, or goals within business, Claire is an accountability partner that will support you in moving forwards. People choose to work with Claire because she is incredibly passionate about what she does and invests in your journey.
Fiona Stevenson
Fiona’s passion is to enable people to find their purpose and be true to themselves. She is motivated by seeing individuals grow and teams excel.
With over 30 years senior management and leadership experience in various roles, Fiona has managed large teams, complex projects and experienced the demands faced by leaders operating in dynamic environments. This includes leadership of ‘virtual’ teams with team members in different locations globally.
A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI), Fiona holds a non-profit management MSc. from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach/Mentor at Senior Practitioner level, and a Time to Think Coach.
Paul Tong
Certified, professional coach with 25+ years of leadership experience in multicultural settings helping clients to gain clarity, act purposefully and enjoy themselves more.
During my 25-year leadership career, I’ve been drawn to helping people collaborate better with themselves, their peers, and their clients. With a degree in engineering, my interest in systems quickly developed into an interest in how people at all levels can improve themselves, their teams and their organisations.
From my time as a first-line manager to my role as a Global COO, coaching and being coached has always been central to my leadership approach. I further developed my skills, gaining a diploma in professional coaching practice and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I have worked in multiple sectors including data and insights businesses, manufacturing, higher education, banking, media, local government, social enterprise, and the charity sector. I work with people at all stages in their careers from recent graduates to C-suite executives. Typical challenges my clients have include: stepping into a line management role, hi-potential leaders, leading through change, return to work, career transition and developing a coaching culture.
Mary Jarrett
Mary believes that work should be fun, and with fun comes improved productivity, motivation, and success.
A Chartered Accountant and MBA, Mary has >20 years of international corporate experience based in UK, NL and USA. She built her career by challenging the status quo and finding creative solutions to complex and perennial problems. Leading large global teams and managing 9 figure budgets, Mary has worked in finance, tax, IT, digital, projects and operations roles. Mary completed her corporate career as sector CIO Refineries and Chemical Plants for Shell plc.
The common thread throughout her career is Mary’s passion for people and the many careers and lives she was able impact positively through coaching and mentoring.
Mary is now an accredited coach with European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), the Physical Intelligence Institute and is a Time to Think Group Facilitator.
Kaemorine Prendergast
Kaemorine Prendergast is an experienced organisational psychologist and executive coach with a strong track record of utilising psychology to deliver exceptional results. Using a range of coaching tools and techniques she supports mid and senior-level professionals, to improve their well-being and maximise their performance. Through the skillful delivery of individual and group coaching, she helps to create awareness of core strengths, areas for development as well as potential career derailers.

Jo Trimarco

Jo has over 20 years of HR experience specialising in small to mid-size companies including, construction, recruitment, manufacturing, IT software, leisure, international consultancy, accountants, corporate workwear, commercial cleaning, and charity.
Jo provides businesses with a wide range of human resource services and solutions to fit their business needs including audits, full cycle recruiting, HR law, compliance advice, employee relations, conflict management, training & development and developing contracts, handbooks & policies plus much more.
Jo’s greatest achievement was in setting up a complete HR function for a start-up company and helped to grow the business from 5 to 130+ employees.
David Tong
David has over 30 years of experience in business where he has worked as an HR consultant and coach. As a HR consultant, he grew successful international teams with leading consulting firms including Mercer and IBM. He now specialises in coaching and has a track record of helping clients find ways to improve their performance, overcome obstacles and achieve positive outcomes.
As a coach David combines a warm, personal style with clear, practical thinking. His goal is to provide a supportive environment for clients to explore their unique goals and feelings about work and life. He helps clients develop insight into their current situation and find options for the future. He makes this process thought-provoking and fulfilling so that clients are confident in their decisions and willing to experiment with new ways of tackling the challenges they face.

David has a masters degree in psychology and trained as an Executive Coach in 2009 at Ashridge, part of Hult International Business School. He is an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). In addition to his coaching work, David volunteers for the mental health charity The Listening Place.
In his consulting career David worked with a cross-section of clients including FTSE 100 businesses, Whitehall Departments and the voluntary sector. These include: Barratt Developments, EY, Maersk, Medecins Sans Frontieres, Philips Electronics, Richemont Group.
Richard Gossage
Richard has worked supporting, mentoring, and developing people for most of his career. He set up Copper Bottom Mentoring after returning to the UK from Australia in September 2014. The business’s vision was to provide mentoring, coaching and executive development services to board members, senior and middle management, and those with potential to be tomorrow’s leaders.
Richard acts as Chair of the Advisory Board for Storm McQueen. He supports the Team to deliver mentoring and specialised soft skills training to our clients,.
Richard is well known in the FS industry and has worked in the UK, Australia, Europe and North America. After many years in the banking industry, having led global functions and front-line businesses, and senior roles with the consulting industry, Richard is well placed to advise boards and executive teams on the broad range of challenges facing businesses today.
