Top 5 Books To Get You Back On Track

World Book Day

I have a very similar reading pile at home, so, so much to read, so many phenomenal books out there and with Amazon Prime, available at the click of a button. I wholly admit to being addicted to buy books, proper books, not kindle versions. I love them…..

Anyway, I wanted to share a few of my favourite sort your sh@t out books:

1. The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving A Fu&k by Sarah Knight
Hilarious, challenging and instantly useful. I can guarantee there will be one if not more situations that instantly align with something you do.

2. Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers
This book will increase your confidence, help to diminish indecision and make you realise how much precious head space we use on stupid things.

3. F**K IT – Do What You Love by John C.Parkin
If you really hate what you are doing, this book will nudge open the doors to allowing yourself to think about other possibilities. Possibilities that would make you happier, feel more fullfilled and prosper in.

4. Mindset by Carol S.Dweck
I could write pages on this book, this is useful to everyone. There is a test at the beginning where you see which mindset you have, fixed or growth. It makes you realise how much we can limit our abilitites whether innate or not. If you have children, it will open up your eyes in terms of the language you use to praise your child, if you’re a manager, a teacher, a business owner, etc.etc. it’s a must read.

5. The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod
Even if you take just one of the six habits that this book suggests, it will change how you approach your day. There is so much media coverage on this now, how we sleep, what we should do as soon as we wake up, it feels as though we need four hours before we even get to work. This book makes it simple, just one minute each for the six habits, yes, means you need six minutes to start off, every one can do that.
