There is a boom in this area of coaching. Whether this is in preparation for leave or returning to work after maternity/paternity leave.
Larger corporations are starting to recognise that this is essential to support their employees transition back to work, increase retention rates and optimise the talent pool.
It’s a very hard balance to become accustomed to and often the split between being a parent and your work existence feels like you are living a double life, not essentially winning at either.
The programme will be custom designed to parents’ needs, offering the guidance and support to successfully incorporate both parenthood and professional lives, being the best they can for their children, while re-focusing on future ambitions and excelling in work too.
