What can a business coach do for you?

5 Reasons To Invest In Business Coaching

Business Coaching can elicit enormous changes in you and your business, propelling your output exponentially.

More and more SME’s are realising the value in coaching and here are just 5 of many reasons why you should invest in Business Coaching for you or your team:

  1. Management – A coach will make you see alternative ways of managing you and/or your team

Coaching will bring out the best leadership skills in you for your business. You will recognise how to build and manage your team for maximum output. Through better leadership team cohesion will ensue, and employee output rockets. By unveiling you and your teams’ best skills and personality type, the business will be more driven and focussed. It’s often difficult to see the wood for the trees. Once you work with a coach, you will be challenged to forge the path and create answers to drive your business forwards in a way suited to you.

  1. Accountability – A coach will inspire you to do and achieve far more than you would alone

By being accountable to someone completely unbiased for your actions, you will move towards your company goals or targets at great speed. By having a sounding board you are able to clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses in any situation. You will be able to prioritise with ease and have a stretching but achievable plan in place.

  1. Overwhelm – A coach will challenge you on every limiting thought or excuse to make you successful

Dealing with overwhelm, utilising your time and creating focus is key in any business. By recognising any obstacles you create as a barrier you will be able to breakdown and address these issues to empower and progress your business to the maximum.

  1. Results – A coach will challenge you to create your very own game plan

If you’re new to business you will be motivated to learn how to start recognising, thinking and acting like a business owner rather than an employee. You will be inspired to focus on the core areas. Be able to prioritise. And create the right game plan for you. This, in itself, will elicit faster results.

  1. Targets – A coach will drive out hidden talents and ways of reaching your targets faster

You will realise and work towards your optimal business potential through improved processes and raising standards. Combining this with all of the above will equip you to achieve greater clarity on the direction you want your business to go in.

How Business Coaching works with Storm McQueen

SMC provides a Small and Medium Enterprise – Business Alignment programme which has been found to elicit rapid results, by creating focus, and a game plan suited to your business.

Initially, we would have an in-depth consultation (for free), to discuss where you/your business is at right now, and what you are hoping to achieve (if you know).

We also carry out an ‘Insight Analysis’. This allows us to gain a thorough understanding of the business, the leadership structure, team members, if any, the targets in place and current issues.

You will receive a dedicated coach throughout the programme where you will receive unlimited support. The one-hour sessions are bi-weekly for three months.

On completion of the programme, you will receive a ‘Key Insights and Sustainability Plan’ based on findings from the sessions. This ensures you continue to use what you have learnt or implemented along the way.

Business Coaching with SMC will drive out optimal results for you and your business.
